近日发表在BMJ杂志上的一篇文章采用在线调查数据分析了Pokémon GO游戏程序安装前4周和和该游戏程序安装后6周这段时间游戏人员日常行走步数。
在560名参与调查的Pokémon GO游戏玩家在该游戏程序安装前4周内每天的平均行走步数为4256步。Pokémon GO玩家在游戏安装后1周内步数增加了955步,然而在后续的五周,增加的步行逐渐衰减。在该游戏程序安装后的第6个星期,每天的行走步数已经回到了安装该游戏程序前的水平。
所以吧,Pokémon GO的安装的确与每日行走步数增加有关。不过嘛,这种相关性比较温和,在使用6周后每日步数就已经退回到没有安装游戏的时候。
不要再以锻炼为由欺骗自己沉迷游戏啦。
