       保持大脑敏锐

       饮食和运动帮助我们保持生理健康。那么如何保持头脑健康?研究发现,运动同样也能保持大脑灵活,有助于记忆和思考。美国匹兹堡大学阿尔茨海默病研究中心(University of Pittsburgh's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center)研究团队指出运动能建造脑细胞。他们发现那些每周多走72个街区的人脑容量更大。

美国加州大学尔湾分校(UCI's School of Medicine)医学院的神经生物学教授Kawas说,学历越高,越可能保持正常认知水平。

       自然和环境

       有些人不管吃什么吃多少,他们的基因就已经决定了他们能活很久。美国纽约阿尔伯特爱因斯坦医学院( Albert Einstein College of Medicine)研究团队的一员Sofiya Milman医学博士研究了500位95~112岁的阿什肯纳兹犹太人,他们都是东欧犹太人的后代。结果显示,长寿和他们体内的保护基因有很强的关联。保护基因能击败坏习惯和环境带来的负面影响。

       那么对于没有中基因彩票的人来说,想要长寿的关键就如你妈妈告诉你的:“多运动,多动脑,不要太多压力,适时休息,还有,对别人和善。”
